The Client
Passenger is an ethical clothing and apparel brand for adventure-seekers.
Client Goals:
- Scale spend. As their previous agency was struggling to scale further.
- Maintain a 10x blended ROAS to keep strong margins.
- Adapt existing assets to produce direct-response paid social creatives, as well as implement fresh creative ideas and strategies to enable scaling.
What We Did
Since starting with them in 2021, we’ve delivered and optimised a full-funnel Paid Social, Search and Display strategy.
During the growth phase, we’ve now grown Passenger into new territories (North America, Europe and ROW) from what was originally just the UK.
As well as managing all of their Paid Media, we produce their performance-driven creative and optimise their product feed.

- Online revenue increased by 27% and Offline revenue by 44%.
- Achieved a blended ROAS of 474%, which is nicely above their target of 460%.
