The Client
Lumene is a Nordic skincare brand focused on using top-quality natural Nordic ingredients, and they want to bring sustainable beauty products to consumers looking for naturally luminous beauty.
Client Goals:
Lumene recently launched into a number of large retailers across the UK and wanted to gain brand awareness across the skincare category.
They had already been running activities with macro-influencers and beauty PR, but they wanted to ramp things up as a brand and reach as many new customers as possible, trying to achieve that ‘I’ve seen that brand everywhere’ kind of feeling.

What We Did
Since starting with them in 2021, we’ve delivered and optimised a full-funnel Paid Social, Search and Display strategy.
During the growth phase, we’ve now grown Passenger into new territories (North America, Europe and ROW) from what was originally just the UK.
As well as managing all of their Paid Media, we produce their performance-driven creative and optimise their product feed.
Results:
- Total Revenue increased by more than 10x
- Maintened ROAS targets
- Passenger were #2 in the UK's fastest-growing companies list.
- They've gone onto raise £15m in funding.
The Results:
- Raised overall paid media spend by 40% YOY
- Purchase increase by platform:
- Google: +70%
- Bing: +51%
- Meta: +1664%
- Online revenue increased by 27% and Offline revenue by 44%.
- Achieved a blended ROAS of 474%, which is nicely above their target of 460%.
